Fire Again or Check?!

Just a general question of a position I got myself into earlier...

I was on the button, got limped 4 ways so i re raised it 4x and had one caller..

Now my hand is irrelevant as such because the bet was made to either take pot down there or C bet and take it down agasint 1 opponent.

I missed the pot completely, and then bet 3/4 into pot repping over pair..i got called

now turn comes and i pick up an up and down straight and still think my over card is good

here is my question Do I check or bet again?

(stakes were 25p 50p)

    There's so many various factors to consider and a lot more information is needed to give a definite yes/no, but generally yes. Your repping the over pair on the flop as you stated, the bet on the turn can get weaker pairs to fold, and if the bet is called, it allows you to disguise your hand well enough to get paid on the river if your draw gets there.
