Something weird is going on..

Just noticed something rather weird whilst playing on the speed poker cash game at titan, there was this one guy who had a chipstack of $5 one hand, and then a couple of hands later we were at the same table again and he had a chipstack of $14+, and then another couple of hands later, he was back down to $5, and the very next hand he was seated at the same table as me again but this time he had a chipstack of $14+ again even though he folded the previous hand which we were both in and then 2 hands later, yet again were at the same table but now he has $5 again, how the **** is that possible?

I kept on keeping an eye on it, and it just kept on happening, i thought it was rather weird so i contacted online support about it, but i don't know if i should have done that, is it possible this could be collusion of some sort, or am i just going crazy? haha.
