lost my way.......and heart

hey guys , I used to play a shed load of online poker ,but I haven't played online in a long time , and have been playing live a little bit .
I  used to get some reasonable returns, don't get me wrong I was no durr, but I used to have a reasonable game...

BUT.. I seem to have lost my aggression , judgement and confidence. has anyone else lost there way?? and if so ,  how did you get back on track?

    Was in the same boat as you stopped playing for about a year and noticed the same thing I used to play very aggressive but just didn't have it when I started again (only last week) so I played abc poker and since last night I noticed I'm getting my old game back agian so my advice is just play abc till you get the fell for it back again and you'll be flying in no time
