I was playing the £100 free roll yesterday evening. I got to the final table as chip leader (1.1m) and we went on a 5 minute break with about 4 runners left. When the break was over the screen in the middle that counts down, still remained and instead continued to count upwards. This meant that I could not see the community cards at all (no flop, turn, river)!
With blinds at 40K/80K you can imagine this wasn't ideal and my chip lead quickly dwindled and I ended up placing 3rd. Not at all happy.
I'm trying to ascertain whether this was isolated or whether anyone else has experienced it before?
Cheers

all other sites seem to be OK and working. I then disconnected my wire broadband and connected a USB Modem all was working fine logged on to skypoker and restarted game i had lost most of my chips by then.
My broadband provider is BT
I can not undestand why only skypoker was not working with my broadband provider BT
When I speak to customer service they told me to change to a hardwire system and when I speak to BT they say that I am further away from the relay station and that could cause my problems.
I know head office are aware of the problems and are onto it.
