this week I have started to try 1 nl10 table now my bankroll is growing again so don't know much about the villains unless they were on nl4 recently and just started moving up themselves.

Think the call pre is marginal, but you do have position on them so it's ok.

I'm a big fan of betting draws but here I'd be looking to take the free card (assuming button checks behind) as you weren't the pre flop aggressor and the pot is already inflated, You also hold the K of hearts so could pick up extra equity on a free turn along with your straight outs.

Its a strange line taken by villain to check jam that flop. Don't mind the fold to that action as some of our outs could be dirty, plus it's never that nice calling off with a draw unless it's some kind of monster straight flush draw and you can't get your money in quick enough!

Yeah I agree.  Call pre is a tad loose but i've done plenty worse.  I like taking a free card if hes willing to give it to us on the flop.  4betting then checking a flop is uber suspicious.  IMO its got JJ+ or nut flush draw written all over it the way its played so yeah a definite fold  as I think youre probably only drawing to a straight.
