getting paid

hi there av newly joined sky poker av been playin for around 2 month I had played a mini sat came 2nd won 4quid and won a seat to the evening 8k sat game but had too cancel the free seat and that was on 15/06/13 and 24hrs later av still not got the 4quid in my account but I have got my points for the game why is this  TK can u explain

    How did you win £4 and get a seat?
    If you unregister from a tourney you have won through to by a sat you will not get the money.
    I think thats what you are asking but can't be sure.
