didnt get the bonus

any idea why i didnt get the months bonus ?? only £15 but like tesco every little helps lol I did the promo code thing to opt in but nothing on my account as far as i can see, perhaps sky can have a little ol look for me , the only thing i have not done is opt into having mail come to my home whicjh i dont want. is that what is stoping my bonus ?? if so thats not good
