Good folds or not?

I made 2 folds during my last session that i wasn't sure were the right folds, in both hands i didn't have any reads on the opponent.

I know i had the second nut flush on the river but i just felt it was too much to call incase he had the ace lol, i had no idea if he would jam the river with the Ad though, but i was a coward and folded, was just way too much for me to call in the end. Should i have bet the turn when he checked to me?

No reads or anything, but i flat the 3bet and flop top pair, he c-bets and i call. I'm not folding TPTK to just one bet, and i can re-evaluate on the turn. 3rd spade on board and anything under a normal 3betting range pre, AA, KK, QQ and JJ and of course any random flush are all crushing me so i folded, maybe i should have 4bet pre i decided to just call in position.
