one problem I have with tournament is villians are much looser so it's hard to put them on anything

I was probably beat by the villain on this hand and was surprised to see him fold

Hand 1 - Fold pre, don't donk bet, fold to the raise. Don't donk the turn after getting clicked back on the flop. Don't bet the river, don't shove over the raise. Regardless of the fact he folded, this hand is played in like the worst possible way on every street.

Hand 2 - I probably 3bet pre but calling aint terrible. If you're gonna raise the flop, raise WAY bigger, you've given every stupidly good odds to call with virtually ATC (which is exactly what happened). Stick him all in on the turn, he only has 275 left lol.

FWIW, if you hadn't let him call 90 to win 720 on the flop he might not have chased his gutshot.... not that we want him to fold when we have him crushed but we want him to actually pay to try and get there. You can't complain that he called to hit the GS when you gave him ridiculous odds. Your raise sizes should always be relative to the size of the pot, not relative to how much they have bet. You shuold be raising to at least 400+ especially like 15-way ;)

I went out that same BH tourney that had the JJ above with this hand was it simply because of my small stack size that this guy decided to call

I decided to play hand 3 like that because I saw hunt doing the same a few times against these limpers.

With your stack size there either fold, limp along or raise alot smaller. Check/fold flop.

Why you flat JJ pre. What was it a 2.30 BH?
The pots 570 and you raise 150 against a raise and a call. People have told you this for months and you still dont listen mate?

    HI C

Fine but difference is the size of your raise. In the second hand he ain't folding for 90 more plus there are others in pot so if he hits he has the chance of getting a monster pot. TBH i'm surprised guy folded in the first hand. You will find players doing a **** of a lot and folding seems to be the last thing on their minds. A guy min raised in a ds with a big stack. When i raised 22 bb's ai he still called with 44 knowing that at best he was flipping and worse a 20% dog. I just don't understand it after 2 hours hard work myself.

    To the original question
    no
but with the jj you have to raise the button
    which is an abc move
    no aggression particularly
so many weaker hands you should be raising
so nice when you can do it with jj

and why would you want to copy of hunt09? if your going to implement other peoples style of play into your own then i suggest you copy someone who actually wins money. its so spewyy that 3rd hand. i like the the iso raise but its far to big and then jamming the flop basically cos u have no idea where you are an u have panicked and thought what do i do ive bricked i better shove.
