Constantly Closing Threads

I think the mods and sky have got to stop being so gung ho on closing and deleting threads whenever people are posting genuine comments. 4 or 5 on the front page at the moment regarding the outage today and each one closed after what can only be called a lame response!

It's not the mods it's the Sky Staffers. Sometimes they don't even answer the question posed in a thread, yet still the default position seems to be "Shut It Down".

If this refers to the thread of mine that was closed, the person who closed it messaged me and I'm quite happy it was deleted.
