Number of Big Blinds....

What number of Big Blinds are you personally most 'comfortable' playing? - obviously we all want hundreds but which ranges do you find you play best at?

How does this vary for cash, tournaments and sit & gos?

I'm lethal with 10-15bb.  Knowing shoving/calling ranges compared to a lot of regs gives me an edge in a tournament situations for sure.

you seriously wouldn't like me when i have one big blind.  if you try and steal it, i will have little hesitation but to go all-in.

I'm happy to work with 20 BB's - but prefer a decent structure like deepstacks so 50-100 BB's.

Sats are another matter.......I prefer to late reg at 50/100 level with the 2K starting stack giving me 20BB's the decisions are easy and a quick double up from players who have been unable to get a read on you due to late reg seams to work a treat.

    I play my best poker at 8-10 BB's :)

I tend to like it when we're deep as you get to play more speculative hands with some sweet rewards when they hit. That little 7-6s becomes a monster when you've got effective stacks of 80BB upwards - especially with a lot of tournament players still liking to stack off with one pair.

As deep as possible for cash.

Happy with any stack size in a tourney as it means I'm still in!

I want to start with not many big blinds and leave with lots more. That's all I can say.

what i would really hate is to buy in for a 'timed cash tournament' and then only be given 20 big blinds.

100 big blings + is more fun and challenging imo

As long as it was only a quid buy in max.  If I was charged £55 for it I would be slightly miffed

Don't have a favourite stack size to play myself but I much prefer it when everyone else has less than 18 bigs!

Anything below 15bb is easy to play, shove or fold most of the time.

When you have stack which is between 20-30 bigs this can be quite arkward to play in tournaments, specially if you have a decent hand facing a raise you dont know if to fold, flat, 3b/fold or get it in.
