Does shove look ultra strong or weak to you? Bit of background on player but not much as he was new at the time. Very loose preflop limps every hand or just calls so can basically have any 2 pre and often shows up with hands like Q 5 o/s (basically anything) post flop had not done anything at all as of yet he had just called his/her way down to showdown and hadn't taken the betting lead on a hand that I can remember. (These are what I got from this player within about 40 mins)

So it's a cointoss. It really could be either. Based on that, I probably call in case he has a bare 9.
EDIT: Yeah after reading BL's post below it made me notice your turn raise size and it is way too small, we do wanna be setting up for the river jam and as BL said, I'd go more like £4.50 which probably gets calls just as often. Still never folding tho.
We're going to pick up what's likely to be a solid read on this guy if we call and he shows us the house or quads and, readless against someone we think plays any two, we're going to be winning a lot of the time anyway.
I'd raise more on the turn, though. We need to be building the pot more to try to stack someone on the river and if you'll get a call for £2.90, you'll probably get a call for £4.50 too.
