The following tournament is what my issue is about.
Charlotte Jackson Satellite Rebuy. This is an added value tournament. The winner will also win a £1,100 seat. For just £3.30, you could have the chance to win a seat into the Charlotte Jackson final worth £1,100! Late reg until end of level 9.

I have just contacted the chat team as i have not been entered into the final. I won a seat to the value of £1100
I was just told that i have to chase it tomorrow on the phone as it has not put me into the tournament automatically.
She said that i would not get monetary value to the seat if the problem was not sorted. Can someone tell me how i can win the tournament for that value with the tournament being that if u win, u win a £1100 seat into the cj final and then basically be told if the problem isnt sorted i wont get the money. how can that be fair? and right? when the tournament was advertised as the winner wins the seat. The lady on the chat who called me on my telephone was rather rude i am not happy about this. She would not give me a email to contact the poker team about this and said that i cannot contact the poker team directly yet she would not contact them to sort it for me. Im very confused right now does anyone know how to resolve this?

don't know what happened but looking at the lobby just now I see you are registered for it
Although it is very frustrating these problems do get sorted but you just have to wait for it to get to someone who understands poker.
