When people say 'how would it benefit Sky' Well in cash bigger pots = bigger rake and with tournaments/sit & go's the quicker one is finished the quicker you join a new one!

Cash - If the AA holds v T9 they get exactly the same rake as if the T9 wins. The pot size is the same regardless of who wins.

MTTs - If the AA holds v T9, it wouldn't speed it up anymore than if the T9 won.... unless of course the AA is the shorter stack but then comes the whole arguement 'the short stack always wins' which doesn't work otherwise every MTT would be going from now until the end of time cos the big stack would never win.

Cash - Premium hands like AA create bigger pots imo = bigger rake

MTTs - Same thing with these, AA and premium hands create more chips going in

Im not for one minute saying this is what happens its just a theory, i see both sides of the fixed/not fixed argument

WHY NOT START A POLL, HOW MANY PEOPLE REALLY THINK SKY'S RNG IS TRUELY RANDOM... HERE'S ONE WHO DOES'T!!

Sky Betting and Gaming's RNG is audited by the 3rd party company Technical Systems Testing (TST), who are global experts in the analysis of RNG's used for online gaming purposes. TST are approved by our regulator, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, to conduct compliance testing.

For more information on TST and their credentials please click here:

TST conducted an audit of Sky Betting and Gaming in September 2009. Their results confirmed that our RNG is completely fair, random and unpredictable, within the degrees of freedom used for statistical analysis

"maybe read some books and learn how to play" Before questioning your ability perhaps consider: Can these cards be truly described as random?

I agree - its very reassuring.
Prior to this information I was a little suspect at the AAAKK - QQQQ10 - 99988 - AKQJ10 - ETC not to mention the endless pairs on the flop/and of course the winning river card….. But now, I am confident its all completely random.
