At around 4am this morning, my head swimming with words.. well, OK caffiene.. I got to thinking about favourite hands.. and how we come about them..

Now I've only just recently aquired a favourite hand and it was an epiphany of sorts.. So I thought I'd thought I'd share the story with you:

BLOG Part 3

Actually, I'd be really interested to know if anyone has a good favourite hand story.. And also if there is anyone who REALLY doesn't have a preference...

    Another great read Lisa, thanks.

I hope it gets lots of "comments", there's nothing worse than writing a Blog & getting no "bounce".

    But I'm pretty sure YBA.

IF I had a favourite it would have to be K9.........but I really don't have a favourite.  I always push with any two cards of the same colour though.

Just read your blog. Very well written.  I like 10s. but like Elsadog I don't really have favourite hole cards, but I will admit that AA fills me with dread because I so rarely win with them and you feel obliged to commit to the hand to a large extent, don't you.

    Once again - good blog!

I Just tried with this Elsadog.. A new tactic.. as I completely disregarded the values of the cards and went with suit alone.. If I hit the draw I bet and if I missed on the flop I let it go.

Not too bad as it happens.. though I'm guessing you have to pick your moments as with everything!

No particular story - I just like the way that it ticks over on my watch.
