The villain is a poor TAG with a read that op cbets v high % but flop c/b is weak.
Based on that read and that it makes my turned oesd and over easier to play I lead turn. When villain calls I think his range will be capped at 7x, so also include 8x, 3x and 2s/4s/5s, I'm discounting made straights (54, T8, 85) as I expect villain to cbet all of these hands.
River bricks, only helping K8/K7/K3 which is unlikely. Against what I perceive ops range in this situation, I can not see them folding any if their 7x due to the board bricking out. The rest of his range in this situation is weak and although the board has bricked can't take much/if any heat, which is why i elect for a smaller sizing to make my bluff more profitable.
