I believe so, if you are eligable for that particular promotion. A lot of the freerolls are targetted towards specific 'groups'.

but which groups are sent it-i assumed it would be for sky sports customers but obviously not, anyone have any ideas????

No it's not just Sky Sports customers, it varies depending on the promotion. Often it's not even current Sky customers.
