Have you tried to do the opt in today? Even if the code has been entered you can't opt in today. In the link I provided you'll see you also had to be opted in the day before the date of the event.

Out of interest, whats the difference between warm-up A and B

No difference at all. We just needed to split them due to the amount of players involved.
