I haven't had an e-mail through yet but I have been able to enter one of the tournaments, so I know which team I'm in. Just see which it will let you register for.
I have registered for tonights training game, have I read it right? 15 minute blinds and late reg until the end of level 6, so a 90 minute game with 90 minutes of late registration?

If you've set your preferences to not receive promotional e-mails, they won't be able to send your team. It's probably too late to change it to receive the e-mail now.
However, if you go to the timed tournament section of the lobby and try to register to each of the "Training" tournaments, you'll find out which team you're in.
