Today I played a satellite and when I moved to a new table I could not see my hole cards; sky say its not a problem as no one else at the table had the issue I beg to differ.
Has this happened to anyone else before ?
Customer service at sky is appalling they could not care less

Given that this is in a tournament, it will not be the new software.
Customer care is the correct route to go down please.
