More problems with software and no help from Support.

I wrote a post last week about cards being folded before getting the chance to even see my cards let alone act.

Tonight this issue went a step further.

On numerous occasions deep in a bounty, my cards were dealt but face down and I didn't have any action tabs to even fold the mystery cards.

This particular hand the 2 guys in the pot called pre, I timed out as I had no action tabs and it was only when one of the players made a bet was I timed out and hand folded.

This happened to anyone else?

Anyone from support or have any sort of pull please reply as Im getting generic replies to my e-mails saying its probably my PC and that there have been no other complaints from players and basically fobbing me off.

I haven't had cards dealt face down but last night playing 4/8 cash I too had no action tabs just for the 1 hand. Was playing on the new tables.
