Is my bet sizing OK?

I had just sat down at the table 5 hands in I had no notes or history on any of the players.This is not a bad beat question just did I play it correctly? Any feedback welcome.

    played fine this is a pretty horrid way to lose though :(

    At these levels unless everybody is playing tight I tend to make it 32p if I'm opening the betting. So with two limpers before I'd be making it 48p.

    Everything else is fine, just unlucky.

    Thanks Batkin & Dan just wanted a little feedback thought I was not far off the mark. Will certainly consider the bigger raise pre at these levels with limpers behind but in this instance I fear it would have made no difference to the outcome lol.
