i know this is in the wrong section but need urgent help!

Ok so my balance says £73 but i can only withdraw £18?  None of my winnings are bonus money, when i click on skybet or skyvegas it goes back down to £18... what is going on?

    Maybe held funds?? Should show up in  your account,

    Ok - so it looks like you have had a recent win at poker?

    If so, then it is most likely witheld funds - this is done from time to time for security checks etc and is only usually held for 24hrs sometimes less.

    You can still use the funds to play poker, but not Sky Bet or Vegas - You will most likely be able to withdraw the money tomorrow.

    It's quite common and nothing to worry about.
