    had a punt on some of these also added my own little bit to the mix with my last br

    when i put the treble on it said returns would be 30 quid i hope this is correct and comes in lol

    ms bubble I know your new to horses but think you need some advice on backing stakes im sure farther or wynne will back me on this
    everyone is different so do what you want to do
    but to me there is no value doing a horse less than 5-1 e/w
    if they place you only bet evs on a 5-1 ie 10p e/w on a 5-1 shot that places would return 20p or so so doing a 5/2 2-1 shot you would be better going on them for the win only and betting 20p win  I also do e/w  trebles so that's cool but ask for betting strategies on here im sure everyone will help you

    Totally agree with chefboy Ms Bubbles.

    Really only do EW on horses over 5-1 and inraces over 8 runners and only then if they are dead cert for a place. 

    My normal practice is up to 10-1 only do win bets. However I usually then put horses together and do ew doubles and trebles.

    Also and everyone know on here you should not do Lucky fifteens or the like because you are putting the same money on the singles as the four timer.  Whilst you might put £100 on a 5-1 single would you really put the same amount on a 2000-1 chance. This applies whether you bet 10p's or £1's.

    My favourite bet is

    3 x 10 points win singles (unless over 10-1 when I end to back EW)
    3 x 3 points win or ew doubles depending on prices
    1 x 5 point EW treble

    I do a lucky 15 farther just as a hey hey  sort of bet yes your eight same stakes when wouldn't do it norm but I like them to a degree and when they come in they come in but over all bookies love people to do them

    well done on El viento although I would have liked wynes earlier post to have been right instead as I would have had a double already thanks to Burning Thread and New Fforest LOL

    ie I have a 50p double on a 7-1 plus a 9-1 dead heat
    I know if you place 10 quid on a single the bet gets halved but what happens to a double?

    I am pretty sure the same thing applies so you Will have £2 going on at 9-1 or £4 at 9-2. ie returns should be

    £20 for double

    it would be nice to know If I am correct or how they do it
