a nap diary

I have never tried this so im going to give this a whirl I will be using a stake plan of 100 points 1 point =£5 so starting bankroll is £500 hope this make sense so far
there will not be a selection everyday due to work but prob most days lol

im looking for value so no nap will be odds on
 
I will keep a running total for this month so lets hope we can make a few bob or two

I will keep a running figure on this post

    Ok Mr Chefman (OPPS) i will be following this very closely as my blonde streaks have shone through i need all the help and advice i can get when it comes to horses !! there not like men in any way as they give you a better ride for 1 lol

    Is this first one just a single or will you be setting out a lucky 15 today ?

    there is nothing better than watching a nice filly !!!!
    the idea of this diary is to find one horse that I feel will win and have some value its up to anyone else if they want to back it I will be posting a lucky 15 in a bit on wynee post

    hi maxally I was going to do this last month but felt I needed more time glad I did over the month it was up and down I finished +25 quid lol so lets hope the start of this month continues

    well folks didn't see this coming will be taking a break from all betting as I have split up from my gf totally out of the blue says its over after 4 yrs plus taking on a pub !!!!! im not in a good place at all hence im writing this at 3.30 in the morn I really mean this but good luck and take the bookies for every penny
