Have you checked the email setting in My Account | My Details | Contact Preferences?
If that's as it should be then .. are they being Junk'd locally or possibly deleted as SPAM by your email provider? (The SPAM settings are usually configurable by you).
No all the settings on my account are set ok and also my emails are set ok as it is the only email address I use for sky poker I don't use it for anything else
have had the same problem, ever since I excluded from Sky Vegas / Bingo it apperas to have cut off all e-mails and texts from Sky Bet / Poker.
someone tried looking in to it for me ages ago, but didn't get anywhere and I got told that it was being passed on to another departement and they'd get in touch, obviously they didn't
and yes, all my details are correct before once again Sky try and pass blame
Hi all, I would suggest that you check your account is set to 'Contactable,' and that your e-mail address is up to date. E-mails are sent out sporadically so you may receive them at any time! Thanks, Jordan Posted by Sky_Jordan
