    Click Phone

    Click the arrows next to "What is your query about?"

    Click which option is relevant.

    Or just call 08000 724 777 (8am - midnight) which is the main contact number I believe.

    thanks again Machka I couldn't find the number anywhere on the site but I got through and to be fair the customer service was second to non
