I just won a satellite (not a brag thread i promise) where the prize was entry into the £1,000 BH at 21:30, only slight problem being, there doesnt seem to be a £1,000 BH at 21:30, so i have no idea what im entered to, or if im even entered
Problem solved, they moved it to 21:45 and have now registered me, although other 2 still arent registered got to say though customer service was great dont know why people complain about them

scroll down to the bottom of the screena nd in creen it says contact us, then click live chat, or phone are easiest i guess, type in your query and go from there

I got in after a phonecall to customer care - Never seen them move it like that before - I blame that on my aces getting crushed
