How come the lobby says lare reg is open to the end of level 2, but even before he end of Level 1, the ">The Late Registration period for this tournament has now ended, good luck!" message appeard in chat?

    Never mind, I see that it has reached 1750 entrants, which I assume is capacity so no room for any more late reg.
