Got to love this, inter-team rivalry taken to new levels Over at Team Ed, (the fairer side of the water) we try not to get involved in personal duels as we can be considered, what some might look upon, as role models.

Bah! Wimps! No surprise to see Ed raising a bunch of weeds in his 'garden'. We like it rough and ready over on Team Matt. (I bet David's lot all just sit around reading books too. **** poker hippies). Pish.
Started of at 7 sharp. Had a nice start winning a flip and ended up maybe 2 B.I by the start of the main event. Had Tk at my table, nearly on my right, he seemed to enjoy stealing every one of my Big blinds on 75/150 level apparently he got aces everytime, crazy
Long story short i got a double up before the break. Stole when i could after it, didnt get many good spots for a while, ended up with 10bb by the 200/400 level. Folds around to me in the sb with Ak, i shove, chap has me covered and calls with JJ, board runs low ...gg,. little disapointed wanted to cash after not cashing last night.
Anyhoww after i busted out i still had 5 tables of cash open, was playing very well/ running very well which ended i ended up at the peak of my mini heater up 5+ b.i. Things started to slip a little bit as i started playing slightly too loose which happens when things are falling your way, and a couple of stack offs which looking back i still quite like albiet slightly high variance moves.
Played 2 £10 HU sit n goes...won 1, lost 1.
*Ive already wrote this Update out but deleted when i tryed to delete a earlier post like a tube, sort of paining me to write all this again, was better first time around*
Anyway this is how it looks for today:
Cash = + 138 STT = - 1.
Good improvement from yesterday, startign to get back in the groove of MTTs. Going to play mainly MTT and STT tomorow. Gl all/
End of Day 2. Its been a good steady night all in all, cash went well, found a couple of soft tables which led me into making a small profit, I also found like sparce I was being called down alot more with junk, so had to tighten up and play my hands aggressively. And im thankful for no ridiculas rivers this evening...not in cash anyway! I played 5 HU sngs, won 3 lost 2 so not too bad, and also played 2 x6 max sngs with no cashes sadly. The 4k open, wasnt brilliant I found what I thought was a good spot to make a move in cut off with QTDD to find bb had kk, gg me! So to sum up so far.. BR 574.62 so a profit of £77.00 for the evening. However I entered the 850£ Bounty Hunter at 1030pm, which I am currently 1st with 22 remaining, so this will hopefully bring my profit for the evening up a little or alot more:) Really enjoyed this evening, felt the pressure was off slightly from last night, well done to the other 5 loved reading all your reports from tonight. Ill update this a little later if I cash in this. Well played all!

Hmmmmm, at least we don't need our mentor to come sit on our tables to hold our hands!!!!!!! Weeds indeed lol...
Railed Naomi to a WIN in the £850 BH. Killed 110 opponents for £149.85 first prize PLUS £70.35 in bounties, giving her a final BR for the night of.... £794.82!
Excellent stuff and very exciting to be a part of!
Was also nice to see James and Boyle from Team Matt railing her to the end!
Phew. Exhausted now!
^__^
OK Team Ed/Tuck - beat that MTT result!
Well done Naomi - a truly brilliant performance. You pwned them

Thanks Matt and everyone else who railed and supported the final Hour of that. It was an all action Final table where it seemed A8 was the nuts to call all in with on more than one occasion ! not by me I might add:)..I found some nice spots on the final table then found myself 3 way with 2 fairly aggress opponants, the lead went to and fro until the 2 guys went all in, whilst I waited in anticipation to see who Id be HU with...and there it was after a good 15 minute battle my opponant was short and shoved with kq I found At, and it held, vwp Mr Villian( am I allowed to say his name? best not!) Really pleased with the result, which gave my profit for day 2 a nice boost! Night Night all again lol:)
Thanks to Team Tuckman for sending emails to my MSN account anf to my account here. I've had to go to Miami for a few days so if I don't get back to you right away, that is the reason. I'll be back on Saturday morning and pretty much in front of my computer the entire day and night.
As you already know, Matt cannot be with his Team tonight, for personal reasons, so I have been asked to be the Team Matt point of contact for tonight.
For the sake of transperency, here is a copy of a note I have just sent to all of them;
".....Hi Team Matt,
As you know, Matt cannot be with us tonight, so I've been asked to be the water-carrier & sponge-man. But I cannot & must not Mentor anyone - I'm not good enough, for starters, & it would also raise "impartiality" issues.
But I WILL be Railing your Tables, & Posting a summary of the night's events when you have all finished.
If I can help in any non-Mentor way, though, just shout, & I'll be there.
I don't do MSN I'm afraid - it's worse than Facebook as a time-sponge! - but feel free either to ring me - (number edited out) or e-Mail me, at (edited out). Good Luck every one of you - not that you'll need it.
FWIW, I think the Team Matt performance has been quite astonishing. So far....;).
I take issue with ANYONE who says msn is worse than facebook!!!
I must be the only 23 yr old in the UK without facebook! Its the devil! haha
On a serious note though, not watched this weeks players as much as last week, but Im on all night tonight and looking forward to watching u guys, and girl.
Well tonight is the final night. I must admit im very down about the week so far, I think iv played pretty well tbh, iv had a good few chats with Matt and he has come up with some good advise. Iv put his advise into practice a few times and its paid off so all good. But overall im running so bad! Its bad beat after bad beat. I haven't really got going and am the only person in the team who is in loss. Its very de-moralising, and as much as people say keep at it, dont worry keep getting it in ahead it still hurts (im sure you have all been there).
I am going to play more cash tonight and hopefully then if I do get the bad beats, I can just reload and win it back. In terms of compulsary games left to play, obviously I have the open, I have 2 Sit N Go's to get through which I will try and get done 1st thing and 30 minutes of cash, which I will do far more than that tonight.
I want to say a thankyou to the_gibb, Phil and Grimstar who have all wished me luck through the bad beats and told me to keep my chin up.
1 last effort to blitz the tables and hopefully get into contention. If I can finish in profit overall then ill be hapy, but the more the better.
GL Charles, to be honest it's not all about the profit. 12 hours over 3 days is such a small sample anyone can run super hot or freezing cold in that sort of time period. Its **** nice to be in the green though. Keep your chin up mate and if you are playing well you have as good a chance as anyone. Good luck tonight mate hope we both can have a nice win!

+1 James is right Charles, tbh if I had not got the result in the BH, I wouldnt have a great profit either. Cash has been pretty grim for most of the tps this week I think. I Know its horrid especially when you feel you have played well, but with no reward. I was feeling awful after monday evening, its disheartening to say the least...I hope it turns for you this evening GL to you all for our final night.
That sure was a great night . Well done all ! Keep the faith Charles, if you play as well in tournys tonight as you did in the 22 deepie last night you will have a fighting chance. Great stuff Naomi, you managed to succeed where I failed last week by taking down a nice little tourny. Unlucky in the open James,always a real sickener to play well for three hours,right up there then crash just where the decent money started. Its also brilliant to see the guys willing to take each other on at the cash tables. FIREWORKS TONIGHT I THINK
