    Thanks for your comment we will look into this issue further, I assume that you are using the download client. If so then updating to the latest version of Adobe Air should solve this issue.

    If you are still having problems with the download client in Windows 8 then please try running SkyPoker in "Compatibility Mode". To do this:

    1) Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left hand corner.

    2) Click "My Computer".

    3) Click on the "Hard Disk Drive" that you use.

    4) Click on Program Files.

    5) Find the "SkyPoker" folder and click on it.

    6) Right-Click the "SkyPoker" Application and click on "Troubleshoot Compatibility". This will find the recommended settings for that program on your operating system.

    Please reply if the issue continues.
