.....are in the lobby, there are TWO this evening, one @ 9pm, another @ 10pm.

Got a question for you. (Genuine, but just fun).

The Double Guarantee Main Event tomorrow (Monday) evening has a £33 Entry cost. (£30 + £3).

If, in theory, it only makes £10,000, what is the value of a £33 Entry?

Depends who's holding the ticket, if it's me, about £33. But on average, about £48.

Or is it a trick question?

£33 is surely worth £33 win or lose.

Gaz, £10,000 of entries implies 333 runners with £16k to split between them.

52.80 assumes that the value of a £33 tournament entry is £33, which you can argue it is - but I'd suggest it's only worth £30 (the amount that enters the prize pool).

What if it makes, say, £15,000?

I have just spent the last 1/2 hour on this quiz, including emailing my old maths teacher, and I can now conclusively say that the correct answer is..............

    56p.

Surely the value of a £33 entry depends on where you cash ;)

If it's me playing, the value is probably as close to zero as you can get without actually being zero!

Im feeling like the luckiest man alive right now.

In THE hand I had 88 and noticed it was the 67th millionth hand so open shoved....luckily no one had anything better and it got folded around.

The KK hand I just folded v pokey.  I think I got a little justice for making a good fold with my hand when many others would have found it tough to fold.  I'm so happy you guys showed the hand!

My round when I next see you guys (hopefully in DTD grand final).  Latte for Tikay and how about you Jules?  Although when I said 'Hi' to you at SPT Birmingham you were drinking hot water and honey!!  I did quiz you on it and you said you weren't feeling great :-(

Right back to it, double points to get!!
