I was playing last night in the DTD  games, this hand here i'm chip leader in the tournie it's just before the bubble.

I was playing pretty terrible to be fair, wasn't in the right mood for it.

Does this look spewy?

    Lol - why are you going all in on the rivered ace? It's not like you needed the chips at that point, mate.

    Cause he only had a 1/2 pot bet behind lol

    I was puttin him on any river after i've committed to my monster 10 q, but it is spewy lol Shouldnt have been in the hand in the 1st place!

    All that being said, i was rivered lol

    I knew it was junk, and i was ahead on the turn!

    No idea how he can call the turn here.

    Yeah.  I probably bet turn and then shut down river.

    Although im not a mega fan of opening Q10os UTG even if chip leader.

    His reasons for calling the turn don't really matter. What does, is why you thought the ace on the river was a good card to jam on. You know as well as I do, that a lot of players (at this level) will hold onto an ace in their hand in the knowledge (!) that if it lands, they will have the nuts!

    So if you knew he was holding 'junk', the ace is probably even more reason to check-fold.
