Sky please sort out the table launching bug - Its now been going on for days!

I have just been blinded out for the 5th time in 3 days on another HU SNG game. I am growing tired of moaning about this but apart from sky dave, no one has even come close to indicating that they are looking into this.

In SNG promo week, this is totally unsatisfactory and getting to the stage where I seriously have to consider which poker site to use this week. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sky look into this urgently. I am using the download client, so popup blockers should not be an issue. This wasnt an issue until last week/weekend.

    Ive had the same issues with sngs its really frustrating when multi tabling. Ive found if you use IE and keep the sng lobby open I.e not reading the forum etc they will still load properly

    I have sent this, & other related threads, upstairs. I do know from office e-Mails I saw over the weekend that they are looking into it urgently.

    I have just uninstalled and re-installed the download client. Not sure if this will help.

    Me too!

    Really looking forward to the STT Double Rewards week.

    I am not a "mass multi-tabler", I just play two or three at a time, but I might just set myself a target to play 100 x DYM's this week. Hopefully, liquidity on the DYM's will be greater, too, so that will help.

    I had the following in from customer care...

     "I would advise that you delete your history, internet files and cookies. Also make sure you have an up to date flash player, you can also try using a different internet browser. I have refunded you the stake back into the account. Hopefully you wont have this problem again."

    I use the download client so browser shouldn't be an issue - will try a reinstall of client and flash - and keep you posted if it happens again.

    Not much volume on the STTs at the moment - not exactly prime time though! I'll be on this evening at some point.

    I have reinstalled the download client, the problem hasnt gone away. If you are playing sngs, and reg for say a mtt that/those mtts wont auto open up. The same is true if you are playing with the mtt lobby open, having regd for sngs again you have to manually open up each stt. 

    Not ideal.

    Has anyone stopped to think and possibly consider that its BECAUSE of the sng promotion that that tables are lag launching.

    I've had this for a few days now and have only got around it by keeping the lobby windows open and launching from there, however, I haven't had any problem today.  So hopefully that is it working now - at least for me anyway ;-).

    lol i regd for a game last night, a while later i checked what was happening!

    The game didn't even load up at all, period!

    Contacted Customer Care who told me it was to do with cookies, but never been a problem before!

    Tonight first game loaded, next few games i had to click "load tournie" through "my games"
