Update: Issues with tables not auto-launching - Last update: Tues 15th Oct, 11:05

Afternoon all,

Firstly, apologies for those of you who are experiencing issues with tables not opening while playing on Sky Poker.

We think it is being caused by navigating to a different part of the lobby from that which is due to launch a table. For example, if you are waiting for a Sit & Go to get underway and then click the Cash Tables tab, your Sit & Go table will not launch automatically once registration is full. Similarly, if you were to click the Community tab, you'd experience the same issue for any Sit & Go, Tournament or Cash Table which was set to launch. 

Additionally we have found is that, if you then clicked back on the Sit & Go tab, your table would then launch within a few seconds (this could take upto 15 seconds). While we appreciate this is far from ideal, hopefully this will help you get the tables you require open in the interim.

We believe we have found a fix for the issue which is going through the last stages of testing and we're hoping it will be ready to release on Tuesday morning. Any further updates will be posted on this thread.

Hi all,

The fix has now been updated on site, so you should find those issues are now removed. If any of you do have any continued bugs please post in this thread.
