raise 16 x BB and he still calls, to top it off he then has the cheek to say in chat box that's variance for you. lol

You played it terrible and deserve to lose. Why? Because you only had 40BB's to start the hand. We always want to be playing with the most money possible at the level we are playing at so that when we do get a big hand we can win more money. Especially against players that are obviously really bad it's just criminal not to be sitting down with the maximum!!

Rest of the hand was well played obviously, but in future sit down with 100bb's all the time.

Totally appauling comment saying I "deserve to lose" nobody deserves to lose just because he's short stacked.

I do partly agree but at these low stakes many players do not look at stack sizes. I had just had to lay a big hand down the previous hand and that's why I was short stacked. I should be listening to my own advice and not playing low stakes cash games as many of the players tilt me with such bad play.

Or perhaps you're not cut out for the low stakes?

If you think ''playing well'' is limping Q10s UTG then back to the drawing board I think.

I've have learnt that if you raise at the micro stakes NO ONE respects a raise (please see countless bad beat post for proof) I do raise my monsters but the nice suited 1 cappers etc I limp as a raise would get 7 callers. and if you hit  a monster most players will not let top pair go (see above) I admit standard play would be fold or raise. But "POKERS ABOUT THE SITUATION" ?

I am not worthy of such advice. I feel my game has improved 10fold just reading that paragraph.

''just hate when people call with trash and will not lay bottom pair down for love nor money''.

You really need to get it in your head that you want to be playing with these types of players. It's a pretty simple concept. If you have someone on your table that won't let go of a pair, don't try and bluff them. And then when you have a monster, take them to value town. Simples.

And limping any hand from any position is (generally) baaaaad.

You do offer some good advice once in a blue moon.

Yes I know I want the callers but as the joy of variance and the down swing, playing micro stakes, playing long sessions and not really getting a good string of results, takes it toll. Just have to wait for the upswing. its well over due.

Before the regs and general bores start (AKA DAVEYZZ) I know I should have raise pre flop and MAYBE the 7 5 would have folded (Doubt it as he was playing every hand) but runner runner for a full house is hard to get away from, and the river 5 of clubs was the ONLY card in the deck that makes the money go in.

There won't be an upswing if you keep limping. You've posted 2 hands and anyone with half a brain can see what the huge leak in your game is.

And don't talk to me about downswings.
