No sounds

Playing cash this morning and no matter what I did I could not get alert sounds on my tables with new software. Also, no table would pop to the front when it was my turn to act.

    Its happening again right now. no sounds or alerts.  Help please!

    Sorry. Dunno about everyone else but I was downstairs away from the computer, and not sure why you have no sounds.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your post, we are currently looking into the no sounds issue and what may have been causing it. Is this still an issue?

    If so can you please provide us with some more details:

    - Did you notice this on the download client or the inbrowser client?
    - If it was on the inbrowser client which browser where you using? etc. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer?

    Any information that you can give will be greatly appreciated.
