If everyone folds the flop, are the turn and river cards known as rabbits?

Although the term rabbit refers to a player who digs through the cards after a hand to find improprieties or errors in a hand.
Rabbit hunting is frowned upon when playing poker and banned from most tournaments. I think this takes place more in usa then it does over here, but most casinos will not allow the dealer to do this.
Some other on-line poker sites, still use rabbit cam, i.e show what next card whould of been when player has won a pot before river card being dealt down.
I am sure if tikay is looking at this, he will explain alot better then i have, gl at the tables, and no rabbit's are harmed when playing on SKY.
