Villain blew a gasket with this hand, thoughts

Sooooooo, this comes from the DTD last night. Villain had shoved over the top of raises a number of times on tables that I shared with them. I felt that a lot of this was down to flexing their stack and when I pick up this hand on the button I raise with every intention on getting it in.

I know it is only A10, but honestly having taken notes on the villain I was sure they were only jamming because they didnt have a mahooosive hand. I decided to make a stand with this and take a gamble. Any other player I probably insta muck but insta called based on what I thought. Whats the thoughts, do we not take the risk or based on what we have picked up on is it right to call?

Hmmmm no need to take a gamble with such a marginal holding.  You are commiting over 30bb on a feeling.  Yes you might very well be ahead of villains shoving range given reads but A10 isnt really a decent favourite against any hand except the one he has.  Find a better spot IMO and look to stack him in a position like this again, but with a stronger holding.

No need to go risking our tournament life on a whim when we have our head well above water.  Play some poker and use advantage playing down streets is always going to be more +ev rather than taking a huge gamble like this.

Depends just how frequently he'd been shovelling ridiculous amounts of chips in. Snapping AQo+, AJs+, 99+.

Anyway, if villain chatbox raged you should of just told him to learn how to 3bet properly instead of shipping 50bb in.
