Have looked over this hand a few times and thought long about it.

The hand itslef is nowhere near as good as you might think it is. For me this is a Lo only hand. You really have only a few draws capable of winning the high and with the exception of the flush you have the the outs you want in your hand so it reduces the chances of getting them.

So for me this is an open fold pre because you are really only looking to win half the pot and there will not always be a Lo hand. DYM strategy needs to come in to play which is chip preservation.

As played all you have on the flop is 2 pair and a Lo draw on the most connected flop going. 23 is well within our opponents range here and it has you crushed looking to get lucky for a split.

The main thing to remember in PLO8 is you should be looking to win the Hi first and both if possible. Playing Lo only hands will really get you into trouble

not only do you not have a good hi, you don't even have a lo yet as most of your cards are counterfeited

think i'd fold even in an mtt
