Basically i dont no what to do i think i have got worse since i started any tips on how to get my confidence back thanks kerrnal

    Reduce # of tables you are playing.
    Read strategy books,
    Watch videos.
    Put all your effort into making the right decisions and dont worry about results.

    play some low level DYM's.... that's what I did when cash was beatin me up.  never looked back.
