I understand one of the things with a time bank is it could cause abuse especially so in MTT's and SnG, Another thing I have seen posted frequently in the last week or 2 is the higher stakes players wanting something to use their points for.
I have came up with an idea where you could create a timebank thank charges 1 point for every extra second (max of x) that gets used and if they still fail to respond then it gets TO and they loose the pot.
as turbo and timed tournaments and SnG's are about speed you can leave it out of them, the rest of the SnG could be restricted to 1 minute as a whole and other MTT's 3 minutes but they still both have a max amount of seconds per hand.
