Rainman has been asking me to play this again, & so I've registered for today, "tikay1".

It's only £2.20, & it is a lovely deepstack, with 5,000 starting chips.
 
It has been getting 17 or 18 runners most afternoons, lets see if we can bump that number up a bit today.
 
Hope to see a few of you on the Tables later.

Excuse lack of Table Chat from me, as a nice man - or lady - is coming to service my gas boiler today, so bear with me if I appear to be away intermittently. Or it may just be that you THINK I'm away, as I don't play that many hands......

Oooooo.....would love to play this but 'month end' at work so busy manipulating the figures!

My money is on Rainman to crush tikay1 and bring the bacon home.

This is the result from last night's 7.45pm deepy which got 114 runners.

I am only posting this to show how good the guy is and for no other reason. No, honestly......carnt even remember who won in the end.

My table must be the boring one. No bustouts yet, every one has been 3800 & 6000 after 35 minutes of play from their 5000 starting stack.

Thanks Rainman & Tikay for pushing this event this afternoon. I had a really enjoyable 3 hours or so, helped by the fact that I cashed in 3rd for 9 pound something. Not even disappointed with the way I played the exit hand, got it in good with A10 against A7 and a 7 popped up on the turn to bust me. Well done to Tom and Hodge for finishing 1st & 2nd, and comisertions to Sir Tikay for being the final table bubble boy.

I will try and play again the next time I have a free afternoon.

Just a quick "thank you" to Rainman for the invite.

Think we somehow doubled the field size by making a bit of noise, fantstic!

Just shows poker players have the power to make things happen, we can do stuff like this ourselves.

I really enjoyed it, to, the players all enjoy the game so much, & the chat box was a perfect delight. That's how poker should be - a game.

Think I final-table bubbled, lovely, just like old times........;)
