From £5.50 mini to the £55 main.................

Anyone care to give opinions on the difference in the standard of play from the mini to the main,

I really enjoy poker and I'm "slowly" getting a bit of an understanding of the game. I played the mini and for me a £5.50 buyin is huge and I've always looked at the big games on various sites and really want to try one. But would I an be absolute fish, Is the standard between the events different? Is the difference in the standard of play huge?

Standard isn't that much different and fwiw, the ME is only £55 1 day a week. It's mostly £33 apart from £11 on Tuesday and £11r on Wednesday (which should be treated as a £33 at least imo, possibly £55 depending on how you feel)
