satellites question

hey guys, this might be a silly question with a simple yes or no answer but I'm still a fairly new player on the site so not 100% on all the ins and outs. anyhow I've been managing to satellite into bigger events but I like joining during late reg. so my question is, when qualified for a satellite final or a tourney is it set in stone that you must play from the start or is there a way to join during late reg? I prefer it when the blinds are stlightly higher and avoiding gettin into pots I don't need to at an early stage. I've not wanted to press the cancel registration button for obvious reasons lol and then not be able to play without paying again. any answers will be appreciated, cheers, andy

    There are some sats that finnish after main has started only problem is your taking a chance.

    Just do what donk says if you have the money.

    BI direct to the event first (say a £33 ME), then when you win your seat in the satellite, it'll see you already have a seat so give you the £33 cash. Then you go and de-register and get your own £33 back. So now you've won the amount of the BI and can late reg whenever you want
