Pre flop: Raise bigger! Especially as your oop but mainly because you have a great hand and you want as many chips as possible in the middle. Most of the time opponent will miss and fold to any other bets and most PP are going to be scared off by overs and when they do connect you want them to get committed faster as more chips in middle the easier it is to get it all in.

Post. I can understand this bet with a had like JJ or it was a super wet board but your folding out a lot of hands that you beat or may think there good and as it's such a dry board this bet is bad. A small bet to induce or keep in floats and mid PPs is probably best. If they have a set your never getting away anyway so you need to keep in more hands and not narrow the hands that will call you as that will only keep in more better hands.

Everything after is just what happens in poker, there's no getting away.

Your opponent spewed, you got unlucky.

Size pre is fine, dont pot the flop, you can bet like ~400 and leave a good size shoving stack behind for the turn.
