Ten mins ago i just left a heads up game where the guy was away. i sat there for 33mins until i raised his hands as i thought he must have connection probs but after 30 mins i blinded him out, was that the right thing to do as ive said i did wait 30mins b 4 doing this and over all it took 48mins to complete.

I left numerous messages in the chat box stating if he came back id sit out until we were level stacks but he was away all the time so didnt no what else to do

Was i right or wrong ?

I give them approx 5 mins to reconnect. Then I start raising.

    I'm no charity.

I would give it a few hands then start taking the blinds.

Unless a m8 GO go GO and even then 30 mins too long

    Unlikely he would have waited.

Swings and roundabouts, i would raise on the off and id expect others (and they have) to do it to me, i know it sounds bad but i suppose thats how it works on line. One quick point though, i had to go to the toilet during a deepy with the regulars and they folded twice round to me when i was in the big blind to give me time to get back so sometimes its the right thing to do.

lol, when this happens I keep my cursor over the min raise tab and click it so fast, its on the screen for a nanosecond.  I would expect the same to be done to me.

However, if the person was a forum regular and I recognised them, I would give them time to re-connect, and hope to be shown the same courtesy
