Sky will email you if you are eligible.

If you do not receive the email, you are not eligible.

It might be a good idea to have a sticky thread in Poker Chat that explains the whole freeroll password situation.

If you're elligible, you'll know the password.

If Sky haven't posted the criteria for it (it'd generally be in the Promo section) then they aren't going divulge what the criteria is.
