    Another bust out....

Laidlaw gets it in pre with 88 against McLaughlin's 99 and spikes the river on AKJ68 to bust McLaughlin in 14th place.

13 left and 1 more bust out will lock up nearly €20k

    Pages bust in 13th...

Pages defends his BB against a raise from Savov.

    Flop is 78Tdd

Pages gets it in with 7T for top and bottom pair, while Savov has J9 for the flopped nuts. The turn and river don't change things and Pages is bust in 13th

I think its $20k although main update is showing payouts in Euros , the payout structure is showing in dollars.

Pretty sure it's just a mistake on the site. BI was in euros and I'm sure the payouts are in euros too

    Just looking at Pages' payout

Main page says he got 11,900 euros
    Payout structure says 16,377 dollars

Probably amounts to the same with exchange rates.

The WPT site do payouts in $ as they are American-based, but the buy-in & payouts are actually in €.

Either way, it's a nice chunk.

The shorty Simaitis doubles through Benelli.

Raise from Benelli in SB w/ Q5o and a defend from the BB w/ Simaitis' K7hh

    Simaitis check/calls AJ6hh

An offsuit 7 on the turn gets checked through.

Simaitis checks a K river and calls a shove from Benelli who has to show his airball.

So shorty has doubled but Benelli is now the new shorty on 240k

Only just catching up with this thread. I will maintain some class and limit my response to the above with 'that must have felt good' :-)

Pietrzak busts in 12th place by getting it in pre with AJ  against Laidlow's AK. He didn't get any help on 523QA

Down to 11 players, and very close to a FT now... which will signal the end of the day (FT to be played tomorrow)

Benelli busts in 11th jamming K6s into AQo and Q63JA wasn't enough to get him there.

10 left now. They just announced they will be playing down to 6.

Does anyone know if it's a 6handed FT? Is the whole comp 6max?

Down to 210k with 10 players left so he has made the "unofficial final table"

They play down to 6 players tonight who then make up the official final table tomorrow.
