new software - new problems? - white screen of death!

not new problems to me, same old issues. no matter if you have the latest software/flash player etc the same old issues are still there.
spoke to a few people in the chatt box today, all suffering the same problem.
you pay your money and the table wont load, white screen of death! rather like windows 98 back in the day only not so blue.
messaged customer care, no response, do they 'care'? or perhaps flooded with similar messages today!
not happy at all with this sky! playing hyperheads up has cost me money, most of my stack has gone by the time the table loads, thats if it loads.
not so bad in a tournament where you can recover easlily if you loose a blind or 4.
i see semilar messages on the forum, so i know its not isolated.

    yep... tumbleweed.
    finally got a reply from customer services who went out their way to insist it was my brand new shiney mac book air that was at fault (not their software) before finally handing the issue over to the 'tech department' who will contact me with a resouloution. 
    stiil waiting after a week now!
    really dissapointingly poor service.
